Bukit Jalil National Stadium is located at the Bukit Jalil National Sports Complex, south of the Malaysia capital, Kuala Lumpur. This stadium is a multi-purpose stadium that can accommodate up to 110,000 people. The Malaysian government to build this stadium in 1998 to complement the operation of Commonwealth Games 1998 with United Engineers Malaysia Bhd contractor. and completed 3 months before the deadline. The stadium was later to become the central and most prominent sports building at Malaysia which occupies a land area of 1.2 km ².

The best stadium in Malaysia is a Malaysian national team stadium cage. Originally, this stadium was built with the aim to organize the Commonwealth Games, but now the stadium has been repeatedly used for various activities, such as to hold some matches in the AFC Asian Cup 2007.


On December 26, 2010, this stadium will host the first final AFF Cup 2010 between Malaysia vs Indonesia.
